Wilson — a legal professional with a deep commitment to public service — was a contracts and compliance attorney at a $36-million Illinois community health non-profit organization. An Indianapolis native, she has dedicated herself to working in the fields of education and economic development.
A business administration graduate from Indiana University, Wilson obtained her law degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was the recipient of Chicago-Kent’s Bar and Gavel Award for her outstanding service to the law school, the community and the legal profession. Wilson was also a founding executive board member and reviewing editor of the Midwest Black Law Students Association Law Journal.
