That huge building is the National Design Factory. Please note that the City of Indianapolis, through its Smart Growth initiative, has already cleared out the junk cars and other mess behind the building in this aerial image.
One of our collaborating partners, The Project School, opened in this location last fall (it runs the length of 22nd Street).
